We're recently experienced an issue on the Covantis eBL platform that affected all users.
End user impact:
Our third party authentication services provider experienced a brief outage, causing users to suddenly not be able to access the eBL application.
Our investigation shows the issue was resolved within minutes, and the platform is back up. We continue to treat this incident with the highest priority and our teams are monitoring the situation.
